While the work is outstanding, Mike was the best part of the experience. He was helpful, communicative, and informative. I'm sure he runs an excellent team, which was showcased by the way my car turned out. This is the second time I've had work done at this location, and I was not disappointed. Based on intake conversation with my rep I was expecting more frequent updates on status of the repair. Also, the estimated completion time I was given changed a couple of times but I had to call in to find that out. It would also be nice if SK had a website that you could just log in and check repair status. If such a convenience was available I was not made aware or given access.
