Loved the staff and how courteous they were! It was also great that Enterprise was right there on-site to help. My only feedback would be that after the half way mark on my project, the texts suddenly stopped coming quite so often. I had to call up to the shop to make sure my car was going to be ready for pickup at stated deadline. Would love to keep getting those daily texts at the end of the project too to keep me informed!

The service person asked for my authorization for additional repair for 170, got my authorization, then made the repair and said I owed 200 more dollars in addition to 170. The sudden price increase without adequate explanation was misleading. The manager said that he cannot always guarantee the price to be what is originally told because prices on parts fluctuate. However, the increase was large and quite disproportionate in comparison to the original amount. The sales/service person should have called to exaplain and confirm that I still wanted to go ahead with the repair. Instead, Inwas rudely told that if I did not like, they could take the part out and install the old one back.
