Customer service was great. Insurance matters were handled very efficiently & the staff on site helped greatly. My car looks great as well. My one complaint is that I was told my car would be ready on a specific date for about a week, then a day before, I was told it would be delayed.

I was not happy with the way things were handled with my van repair. There was a lack of communication many times where I was told I would be called or texted with an update and I wasn't. I had to call in a lot of the time to find out what was going on.
When I first brought my car in last Monday (7/8), they said it would be ready by the next day (Tuesday) or Wednesday. Then after the initial evaluation, they found more damage and said it wouldn't be ready until Saturday. I was contacted on Thursday afternoon to say that it would be ready on Saturday, and then I got a text after 6 p.m. Friday night saying that the parts actually didn't come in and it wouldn't be ready until Monday. When I called Monday morning, she said it would be ready. Then when I called to see if it was ready, she said that the bumper from before was actually an aftermarket piece, and so the new Kia part wouldn't fit on it. I don't understand why they didn't know that before, because they had to take it apart initially to get the work done on it. So they had to order another piece, and I was told it would be there first thing Tuesday morning at 7 a.m. I asked if I could get a call right away in the morning on Tuesday when it was delivered, and I was assured I would. I had to call at 8 and get an update myself. She said the part had not come in but it would be there before lunch. Ultimately, my car was not ready until 4 on Tuesday (7/16). I had had an appointment last Thursday (7/11) to bring my car into a Kia dealership for a mechanical door problem I was having, and I had to forego that appointment, so I made an appointment for Tuesday morning (7/16) at 9 a.m. I also had to forego that appointment because the car was not ready. I'm leaving on a trip and I have to have this work done on my car and it has put me back a whole week. The body work itself on the car looks good and I appreciate that. I just wasn't happy with the way things were handled. I felt like I was getting the run-around because I wasn't paying for it- it was covered by insurance.
