The bumper and siding are two different colors. The rear view mirror is not fixed.

The whole time my car was in the shop getting taken care of the advisor was great, but when I arrived to pick my car someone didn’t put Freon in my car for the ac to work. I then had to wait 15-20, ok no problem. My problem comes in later that evening as my husband and I are going to get some dinner for the family and my car over heats. My husband gets out of the car and takes a look under the hood. By this time there is smoke, he waits a minute or so and goes to remove cap and without even turning it, it falls off..... no water in my reservoir. Whoever was in charge of making sure things were tight and filled did a poor job on my car and could have or even may have caused major damage to my car. I was extremely excited your company had fixed my car, but I am very upset that my car was not reinsured with correct repairs before taking it home. I do have a video of the car overheating and plan to make a visit to service king to express my feelings. Thanks.

My back up sensors are not working and now I am going to have to arrange another time to drop off the vehicle to get it fixed and be without a car - after not having my vehicle for almost 2 weeks.

Service King is the absolute lowest quality repair shop I have ever seen. I have had 3 repairs done at this location and every one has had to be taken back for corrections. They also give you back your vehicle filthy dirty. There is always dirt/ hand prints or repair debtors in or on your vehicle when you receive it. It’s pretty sad when you vehicle comes back dirtier than it was when you brought it in. The manager is a complete smart **** and disrespectful as well. I will never do business with service king again. Complete rip off
