Service King took 2 weeks additional to finish the work It cause me to pay extra costs of rental car. The excuses from Service King that the cause was delays in the delivery are unacceptable and mistakes were caused by Services King vendors . Still manager Chuck doesn’t want to pay my rental car cost. Very cheap Service King very cheap to not recognized mistakes

The communication between the person in charge of my car and me was remarkable. I felt up to speed every step of the way and they were always open and honest about the progress of my car. In a single word I can say that the service provided by service king collision center is “AWESOME”. I am pretty much impressed with the work done to my brand new car. I would like to take this as an opportunity to say a big fat THANKS to Mr. Jeff who took care of my car. The way he responds to all questions and treats the customer is wonderful and appreciated. He used to send timely updates about the work progressed. Initially I was so worried when i went to drop off my car but Jeff made me to feel comfortable. I would strongly recommend any other customer to visit this service center for any repairs.

This claim was open for over 3 months. While Brandon tried his best to get the limited seats, I was very disappointed that he didn't match the correct seat color. My seats are gray and I ended up with gold seats that are very much less in quality than my stolen seats. Because the claim had been open so long, I accepted the seats so we can move forward. I'm not thrilled or satisfied with this.
