We experienced several issues with our repair service. I chose Service King specifically given the excellent work we have received in the past, so this was a disappointing experience.
****) Communocation dwindled as we got closer to the date we were getting Ben for the car to be ready.
2) There were spare parts on the back seat when I got the vehicle back.
3) There was paint inside the door on the molding.
4) There is a rattle inside the door that was repaired.
5) The button on the external handle that locks the door when the key is with you is not working on the repaired door.
6) The tinting on the front passenger window was damaged.
7) There are fresh scratches on the hood.
