Wow I am blown away with the service of this place. I have brought my car here a few times and I have always had a good experience but this last time has really exceeded my expectations! I went in with a broken tail light and damaged bumper, the issue was resolved within days and my car looked almost brand new (not to mention I was hooked up with a sweet rental from esurance)! I had even asked them if it was possible for them to fix an internal issue that was unrelated,but I was told that insurance wouldn’t cover it because it wasn’t part of the original damage, which I was fine with and knew that I was reaching high by asking. I took a few days to notice but sure enough they also fixed my interior issue too! I could not be happier with Service King! Thank you Johnathon and everyone else involved with fixing my car!

Took way to long to repair my car and very rarely got updates from Chris. Had to call him weekly for updates. Kept coming up with more and more supplemental claims and blamed the repair time on the insurance company. Work was ok but it took so long that I spent a fortune on rental cars
