Vehicle is always kept very clean on inside and out. Understand some washing on outside cannot be done till paint is set but inside was very dusty as if windows had been left down and vehicle seemed like it had been sitting outside for sometime

Need to be upfront about parts being backlog,so the customer can make decisions on renting a vehicle if necessary. Renting car for 30 days and the parts haven’t come in !

Communication was basically nonexistent, or had to be instigated by myself, including showing up November 8th after receiving an alert telling me my car would be ready because they never updated it. It wasn’t finished until Dec. 5th, I was told on several occasions that it would be finished the next day between Nov 14-29th, when they actually had no clue. It took so long my insurance no longer covered a rental and I had to pay out of pocket. I would not recommend this company to anyone! This is just an abbreviated version of everything, it was handled horribly.

There was a mistake in the timing of repairs and service king made the repair before getting the approval from travelers. Service king would not admit to any fault and I was stuck paying half of the cost ($500). What is worse is that on 11/26 I was told that the Regional manager for service king agreed that service king made the repairs too early but no one has called me to rectify the issue. I came out of pocket for money I never expected to pay as I thought service king only repaired what travelers insurance assigned. This has ruined Christmas for my family and left a very bad taste for both service king and travelers
