The work done on my car was impeccable!!! The tech did an amazing job! Ingrid was so nice and did a great job. The paint work looks better than new and it was so clean when I picked it up. Great job by the entire team!

The work looks great. Ira was brilliant.

As soon as I left about 15 miles down the road the same problems that I took the car in for came back!!!!! It wouldn't shift I was at a complete stop and in drive I pushed the gas to accelerate and the car didn't move just the rpms went to 3000 with no movement. And I was told everything was working and running correctly. Very disappointed.

Gary Benefield was awesome. Intake simple, kept me up to date and worked hard to meet a necessary dealine. Car looks fantastic. Thanks!

Service King went above and beyond and provided EXCEPTIONAL service from beginning to end. Everyone who I encountered at Service King was AWESOME, from the receptionist, to Ingrid Velador, to the service and paint and repair guys and ending with the nice young man who finalized everything upon my return to pick up my car. The repair and paint job that was done on my front bumper is OUTSTANDING. I was so pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car. I was not anticipating the car cleaning, inside and out. The Richardson location was much better than the Wylie location. I will never go back to the Wylie location. I had an appointment to drop off my car, and when I arrived they said they were too full to take in my car. I was very annoyed with them. Richardson personnel were very professional and kept in good communication.
