I really liked the text feedback about
progress on the car. Things seemed
to go smoothly too between the insurance
company and you all. Great to have a rental
car readily accessible. Car looks great. Service
warranty good. I did feel rushed at the
end when i picked up the car...wanted more
time to look at the list of repairs and ask
questions. It may have been that it was
close to closing time. The service manager
was polite and efficient... but could have
been a bit less rushed at the end...

Great experience in a challenging situation of getting my car repaired after accident. Service King’s team at Richardson, TX location was professional and made this a smooth process. Amy was my rep, she was knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions and was consistent in sending updates.

When I picked up my car it was almost dusk and everything looked good. However, I made a closer examination in broad daylight and noticed several thing. As part of the overall repair process the driver’s door was R&I. The exterior handle is now slightly askew, which was not the case prior to removal. Also, although I’m not certain what “drop for paint” means, there is now a small flaw in the door’s finish, close to the handle, that I’ve never noticed in a year of ownership. Lastly, the joint where the left quarter panel meets the rear bumper is not flush. On the positive side, my car was ready four days sooner than expected. — Michael B

I’ve been in the insurance for 10 years. I have never experienced the level of customer service like I did with Service King. You all have perfected the customer service experience and the pride and precision that you take in your craft is second to none. I will not use or refer anyone but service king in the future.

I was very impressed and appreciative of the attention to detail that Zach showed to the paint job and detailing the painted stripe. But I am so grateful that he went so far beyond the body work to check the dash light and let me know that my whole airbag module was not working. He has possibly saved my life since I had no idea that was the case. I thought my seat belt indicator was was old and malfunctioning. Thank you Zack ! If I had not had the body work done-by Zach- I would never have realized there was a problem and I and my passengers would have been in danger. Thank you for your thorough and caring service and also for friendliness and excellent customer support. I will be sure to refer others to your shop.

I am satisfied with the service. The service advisor was knowledgeable, approachable, and kept me informed. The service I received this time was completely different from the service I received from the office on Midway. The service advisor also went above and beyond to have my trunk realigned. The service team on Midway did a horrible job at replacing my trunk. I’m thankful Amy noticed and took the initiative to correct the mistake.
