Improper reassembly of rear driver side door, will not open from the inside. Poor clean, tape left on vehicle from work done, poor vaccum. Poor tool handling on reassembly of gas cover panel, paint damaged.

Too much went wrong for me to tap out on my iPhone.
The final straw was/is that the service advisor, Mike Estrada (store on Reader Rd in Dallas) told me that the running board extension that was damaged on my 2019 Ford F-250 vehicle was “discontinued and no parts were available”. I picked up the truck today (twice ... that’s another story) and went to North Central Ford in Richardson to inquire about that part. The parts guy, Roger, said he could have that part in 7-10 days ... like I said, “last straw” as there were other issues from the day I had it looked at in March through today. My experience with Service King was awful.

It takes longer than expected.they did not check /inspect before handover.
We told couple of gaps.then they fixed. The way Ithry fixed is I don’t like. They broken the paint on other parts. Again we need to submit over car for re paint.if customers willing to pay for other repairs they need to support as well.
