Carlos was the best. I have never been in an accident in the 40 years that I have been driving. He kept me posted on every detail of my car and seemed genuinely concerned. I would highly recommended Service King and especially Carlos for his passion in making his customers happy.I was so nervous to drive it last night,but this morning I cried almost all the way to work. What an awesome employee you have in Carlos. I am sure he didnt do this alone so thank you to the employees from the back end to the front. Excellent Service.
