Daniel did a phenomenal job in communicating during the whole process. Daniel did a outstanding job with keeping everything in line to what he said would be done in the matter of time and date. He was very detailed during the process even when my insurance company stalled he kept going during the process by making sure I provided all necessary documents over to the insurance company so his work could be done in the matter of time he committed to the service being done. I would recommend SERVICE KING COLLISON to anybody!!!

While the repairs completed we very well done and completed a two days ahead of originally told they would be done. I never received any phone calls or updates to the progress of the repairs. The only call I received was late in the day saying my truck was ready and I could pick it up the next day.

From the moment I left my car at the service center, I was taken care of. My tech took the time to answer all of my questions and explain what was going on. He kept me informed during the whole process and was able to complete the job early! He worked with my insurance company and took care of every aspect of the repair. His standard is perfection and my car hasn’t looked this good since I got it in 2012! The front desk was also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful too!

I took my car to get fixed rear bumper had to be aligned or repaired or replaced they made the call I probably picking up the car a blind man could have seen that the bumper was not aligned correctly when I advised my service advisor he came out and he said yes you were right it did not take him no more than two seconds to actually realize what was wrong with the car my point is why did they call me and tell me my car was complete he should have gone out there seen it himself right away and got it fixed before calling me telling me my car was done now I have to set another appointment to go in which is Friday tomorrow take my car in to get it fixed I do have an issue with me having to make another appointment on something that should have been done correctly and once I pointed it out to him he should have took in the car back to the service area and got it corrected..now I'm forced to take time off my schedule because I have nothing better to do than to sit down at service King and wait for a job that should have been done correctly the first time.

Service Kung did an outstanding job. Just one concern! My radio has scratches on the inside that were not there before my car was delivered to service king. The attendance do not know way this is. Can something be done about it?

Picked up my car on Friday May 10th T 5pm. Drove my car Saturday afternoon. Heard a clicking or popping sound on the side of my car that I had repaired. The light and front bumper are loose and the water sealer on the door is not placed back in it's right spot. The work is shoddy. I will be leaving a negative review and calling this location once it is open. Very disappointed!!
