No clear updates on status. The first guy that gave a personal quote told typically this job would take 7-8 days. Was not given any clear completion date once I actually left the vehicle and the whole process took 14 days. I had to escalate this with the advisor last Friday and then things started to move.

My car was involved in a frontal collision. This required replacement of many front end pieces including both front fenders. The hood was undamaged. When my car was returned to me, the hood was out of alignment with the fenders.The service associate told me they had not worked on the hood. The gap at the back of the hood and fenders was about ****/4" thick. The gap at the front of the fender and hood was probably ****/2" thick. I had to wait for over an hour for the shop to return my car to the shop and adjust the problem. A professional shop would have caught this issue and corrected it prior to returning the car to its owner, in my opinion.

Phenomenal experience. Matthew Huntley took great care of me. He kept me updated on everything. I never went a day without knowing what was going on with my vehicle. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and prompt. I could tell he took his job very seriously. He even called me to make sure I was receiving his emails and texts about my vehicle. Are you kidding me!? That is what I call great customer service. Before giving me my car back, he even washed the tree sap off of it. Matt, thank you for all you do. Getting my vehicle repaired after being hit by a car is supposed to be stressful, but Matt made the process smooth and stress free. I also want to recognize Mike Bent for his help as well. He answered my questions and sent some documents to me that I needed on Saturday. He was busy but stopped what he was doing to help me. Thank you sir! You are the man. This location is the best. Dash board lights on flickering, I took some pictures of some of the screens which lead me to think, underline problem underneath I could not see. I went back inside before leaving the Service King lot and the guys helping didn’t know either!!! I had already returned rental and was told the Center didn’t open back up til Monday!!! I call insurance adjuster and the 800 number and feel all this should have been unavailable
