Repairs were done quickly and I was always kept up to date. Everyone at Service King was great to work with!

The color of paint used on the repair does not match the rest of my vehicle. I understand there is a slight difference between paint on metal and the exact same paint on plastic. However, there is a huge difference between the paint used on my repaired bumper and the original paint. I took it back and talked with the adjuster and SK manager, and they both said that is always a difference from metal and plastic. So, I trusted them, since it’s their job to know these things and treat the customer with upmost respect. I took a picture of the rear of my vehicle and it is very clear that the wrong color was chosen. My vehicle color is more artic white and the paint used by SK looks to be pearl white. It would be great to have this issue resolved in a professional manner. Speaking of, the management at this location where my vehicle was serviced needs to work on their communication across their team and with customers. Rolling of eyes and sighs are not appreciated by customers, especially when it’s obviously about that customer or another customer. I witnessed them doing it to another customer.

Mr. Geronimo and Mr. Huntley did an amazing job of repairing my car and handling the claim in the most painless way possible. Admittedly, I don't often fill out surveys, but this time it was impossible not to with how impressed I am. The team handling the repair acted in a very timely manner and communication with them was clear and perfectly brief (no jargon). And with respect to the repair itself, I couldn't be more happy. Mr. Geronimo made my car look twice as good as it did before I dropped it off at Service King. The parts all look just as good as before, but the paint matches amazingly (whereas it didn't before the car accident) and several cosmetic issues were fixed. After this experience, I can say with 100% certainty that I will be entrusting all future repairs to this Service King location.

Superb service

Anthony was great! I loved the text feature. It was nice to stay updated with progress.

This repair is NOT satisfactory. The hood is too low, large gap between where hood meets driver front quarter panel, driver quarter panel badly, orange peel texture (I don't know why this was painted because it was damaged), scrapes on roof of car that weren't there before.

Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable and informed. I will recommend Servive King at any given opportunity. Thanks so much!
