I sent my son in to get the estimate and he says he was treated rudely. I believe it was because he is 16 years old and the tech felt he was wasting his time.

When I came to pick up my car I was in a hurry it was 5:50pm (almost closing time for service king ) we did a walk threw and I happen to notice the rear bumper of my car did not match the color of the car . It was not the same black , I told Ryan and he told me it was because it was plastic I didn't not pay to much attention to it because it was not to noticeable. ( the car was washed but dusty when I picked up ). Saturday morning I wash my car and it got more noticeable in the sun because the color that was used is more of a flat black the color of my car shines . I would like to get this problem taken care of.

The service was pleasant, the people helping me out are nice, and the lady at the counter was very affable and easy to talk to. She also made sure that everything went smoothly when it came to the rental car. Jack is a good guy and he made the experience easy as it was my first accident. The car looks good as new and I greatly appreciate it.

My car came back less than satisfactory. ****. The back up camera sensor is not working now when it was prior to reaching bumper. 2. The people that I dealt with seemed nice, however there were scratches on the car that were not there when the car was dropped off. When I looked at the finished car, I noticed that they left scuff marks where a dent was pulled out. I asked about it so they brought it back. When they came back out with the car, a scratch was on the door at least 6 inches in length. I thought maybe it happened by accident until they brought that back to be buffed out. Then they came back out with the car, and another few scratches and a ding appeared on each side of the door that they just buffed. I had just looked there minutes before and not there. So now I'm left with some dings and scratches, but more importantly.. the repair for the bumper and tailgate would require that the sensor was put back in the working order that is was when I arrived. Everyone was wonderful. I did not expect much from a body shop and I was blown away by the service. Everyone was nice and friendly and helpful. BUT not like a fake "We have to be or we will be fired sort of way" but what felt like people who genuinely cared and took pride in what they do. If they were faking that they cared then they are REALLY good at it. Lol!! I would and will recommend everyone I know to go there. Thank you!

I was told I could pick my car up at 9am. I got there and had to wait just over an hour. Although I was given a gift card for my inconvenience, which was very nice, it did not give me back that hour and I was late to my 10 am appt on the other side of town.
