Service King Frisco

Poor workmanship and I had a screw in my tire when I picked up the vehicle. Used parts were installed to replace damaged parts and were in poor condition.

I really liked that Service King kept me updated on the repairs of my car and called me when it was done. I really apprecitaed that I was informed about the condition of my car through texts or phone calls.

The confusion about time of repairs and return of my car with trunk full of junk and spare and jack not in proper place was a big disappointment. Repair work seems satisfactory,

Rental car was dirty on the inside

After I picked up my car from Service King, I went home and upon opening my trunk, I was disappointed to find out that the floor mat that covers the trunk area, was not siting properly in the trunk and there was a big bulge in the center. So, I raised the mat only to find out there was an old oversized used sparer tire underneath, which caused the bulge. Drove back to Service King and after waiting about 20 minutes to be attended to, an advisor by the name of Sid asked me to come back on Monday as he couldn't help me saying that the body shop was closed. He did mention that he relay my issue to Brandon, the service advisor who assigned to my claim. In addition to this, the tire valve cap was missing from the driver side rear tire (the area that was fixed). Now, I have to take my car back on Monday after work, which is an inconvenience for me, this inconvenience could have been if avoided of the job was done right in the 1st place. So, I am frustrated, to say the least because now, I am driving with a car that doesn't have the right spare tire and should a puncture or flat occur on that tire, then I'm screwed.
