Dropped my car off on Monday and was told it will be hopefully done by that Thursday or Friday and then I call Thursday to see if my car was almost finished or done and then I was told that my car was being shipped to another location to get fixed and I didn’t appreciate me waiting 5 days and my car still hasn’t been touch yet.

On time. Actually vehicle was ready before promised.

My car had dust and dirt on the inside that was not cleaned up. It took me 30 minutes to vacuum to get it clean like it should have been when I picked it up. I was surprised the cargo area was one of the areas where there was dust since you all painted the hood and the roof.

There were fast they were very good I can't even see where the car was hit too. Just no more than a week and they were really nice thank you guys into all your team God bless

Quality of repair was unacceptable. Had to return. When got back 2nd time, they had cracked the interior wood panels.

At Service King, the price was excellent!!! The best value for money!!! No other competitor can compare!! The things that you allncan work on is with staying in touch and update as the vehicle is being repaired, as promised. Talon displayed great customer service throughout, so it may have been that he was busy with multiple vehicles coming in as to why he didn’t keep me posted throughout process. However, my truck was completed on time, and they did a great job!! My #**** issue was with the Quality Control (QC). My truck was mostly quite clean. But it had dust all over in different crevices when you look closely. There was a spot of red paint at the front left side of truck, which I identified and Talon cleaned. Plus they could not find my antenna, which I brought to their attention. It took about 25 minutes before they finally found my antenna. Talon had to be all over the body shop guys to find it. These are the things that made my experience less than excellent. But overall I would still recommend your shop for great value for money, and generally good service. The booking system over phone was also not optimal.
