Service King Frisco

The rear bumper has been damaged while repair was going on. Seevice king is yet to give me an appointment to fix this. I have followed up twice already but they havent given me a date to gix it.

Worst service. Vehicle wasn't even ready when I was told ready. Scratches on my truck, stains on my seat, not completely put back together. Grease on my truck bed. Not fully buffed still sandpaper scratches. Tape in bed. Compound from buffing all over the front and wiper blades HORRIBLE

I'll be calling tomorrow. My car receives hail damage while in your care getting rear end damage fixed. The first experience wasn't near as bad as taking it back to you to fix the damage that occurred at your facility. First time: Plastic in back near bumper damaged Plastic back door scratches New Bumper has gash in it Second time: Interior light was dangling Plastic piece on hood not attached Rear view mirror not properly attached Wind shield not be sealed properly. Have heard wind noise driving Cut in leather back driver seat Leather seats and Ceiling dirty with grease, fingerprints Grass throughout Service guy decided to put first coat of paint on paint chips all over vehicle. Gave me more or first and some of second coat. Told me to put on and could not give third due to would harden. I tried to put second coat on two spots, looks terrible. Now have white out looking spots all over car

My car was fixed & ready to pick up in 24 hours.

Customer servie, Mr. Siam Rastaghi, is excellent in communication and helping out customer.
