Not happy w repair. Bumper not flush with fender and scratched. Also left loose piece in front floorboard that had nothing to do with repair??

We were updated through phone calls and texts the whole way through the process. As soon as the car was done we got a phone call. The car was done ahead of sxhesule. The service team was very nice to work with.

Our service manager JasonWare was great in communicating expectations with us. We were updated regularly on the progress of the car repair. We were initially told we would have our car back on Friday and we got it back on Tuesday - over and above expectations were met! We have (unfortunately) dealt with service King twice in the past year (yay teenage drivers ????) and have had good experiences both times but this one was the best! Hopefully we will not have to see y’all again ????

When repairing the car, the technician/mechanic did not give the sides of the car equal attention. Damages were to the right side of the car but the left side had majority of the the issues. The paint feels grainy like it was over paint or just paint residue feel on to the car. Same for my window as well. Left rear bumper does not feel like it was securely placed on. The rubber insulation on the right side(side of damage) did not have all five “bolts”. Instead had one at the bottom. And lastly which is very minor and small, the compartment mats that are located in the middle console were not in the car which is weird because there should have been no reason that those should be removed. Overall there was obviously lack of attention to detail and even the smalls things which can and will make or break a big company like yourselves. I will be return my vehicle to have these minor things fixed and unfortunately not be bring my vehicle back if/when my car is further damaged
