After picking ip the car, the car started shacking than stop.the check engine light came on. There is white smoke coming from the Exhaust pipe. I had to tow the car because I couldn't drive it.

Nathan went above and beyond keeping me in the loop. I was regularly updated on the progress of my truck and what to expect. When you go from driving a brand-new pickup to a compact you are ready to go nuts! Customer service was excellent and in such a horrible non customer driven world this was more than refreshing. Nathan was so helpful with explaining what needed to be done and projecting how long it would take to complete the work. He kept me updated and his team even finished a day early! Everyone at Service King (receiptionist)!was so very pleasant and helpful. They even have an Enterprise Car Rental inside the building to make getting a car rental effortless. The total experience was amazing compared to other body shops I have used in the past! Thank you Service King!

Nathan and the Service Kimg team turned a negative experience (the wreck) into a positive one. They completed my repair ahead of schedule.
