I believe that the passenger door and hood were not replaced but just repaired. The lady that checked us out clearly stated to us that both had been replaced not repaired. I'll be calling my insurance company tomorrow to arrange for the adjuster to look at the car and make his evaluation.

With all due respect, I don't want to speak to my rep. Service King had to repair their own mistakes to the car more than once. To add insult to incompetent injury, my rep stopped communicating with me. I stopped getting updates. He didn't return my call trying to find out what was going on. The entire experience started out quite pleasantly. Then when it was supposed to be ready, there were problems. But I had to call for that update. It wasn't brought immediately to my attention. Still, this was fine. Not great, but fine. The second try, workers messed up the paint. Again, I had to seek out this update as it wasn't immediately brought to my attention. Then I was told it was ready, only to be called while I was already on my way that there was a problem. Here's where things really went downhill. I no longer received updates after that. On top of that, my calls went unreturned. When my insurance agent called, they were told my car was almost done and either have yesterday afternoon or this morning. Neither ended up being the case. The website showed there were additional problems. So one can only infer that the staff working on the cars are wholly inept. As far as I'm concerned, the Service King reputation is zero. This was my first impression and I never want to hear the name again. For your future benefit, there needs to be a long hard look at staff practices and training. Make sure your repair team can do the job right the first time. Train service advisers how to communicate with the customer in a timely manner. Maybe some training in basic organization and productivity practices can help. And when think or know you have an angry customer, have a manager present when they arrive to address concerns immediately. Be proactive when you know that you've made mistakes! These things - especially the timely updates from my service advisor - would have kept me from becoming angry and would have preserved the reputation of this company and brand. From friends, family, and online, the reviews of this company are wildly inconsistent. People either love or hate this company. I personally will never take this gamble again.
