LT did an awesome job of keeping me updated on the progress of my car. He also helped me out with also staying on top of the insurance company with their payments. Even though they had my car for 3 weeks, and it was completed within the first 2 weeks, he still continued to keep me in the loop. As far as the work on the car they did an amazing job! It looks as if nothing ever even happened, and it also drives very smoothly! This is the third time, unfortunately, that I have had to take my car to service king and with all of my experiences I will continue to do so in the future!

I've used Service King in the past but never received such a professional repair and great team of people. Terry made me feel welcome and well taken care of and was genuinely considered for my well being after the accident. At the estimate appointment Service rep LT Hill seemed unorganized and unkowledgeable. He had a hard time finding the part. During one of the times he came out to the waiting room he asked if my car had navigation. Yes. The. Is your car a base model, Feom my experience base model cars do not offer navigation. He sent me home and would send my my estimate. The estimate had my insurance paying but I was paying. Easy mistake but then had my car listed as blue color, car was grey. Called in to tell him of these changes and make the repair appointment. At no time did he tell me the side mirror repair would take two days. Drop my car off at my appointment and he tells me that it would be two days and that the part hasn’t been ordered. Not understanding why the part wasn’t ordered when I made a repair appointment. He then told me I could have prepaid. Why wasn’t I given that option. He had no real answer to that. Lt Hill could better communicate the process upfront
