Everything went smoothly. Jonathan did a great job keeping me informed, and handling my claim. On a side note, when i arrived at Service King I had just come from the Geico adjusters office. While there I had notice from the waiting area that a couple of the employees were arguing, and also, the receptionist was less than friendly (she also argued with a tech in front of the customers waiting). The general environment was unprofessional and tense. Which confirmed for me my decision to have the work done elsewhere. When I arrived at Service King, I had a completely different impression. I'm sure because of the Geico experience I paid more attention to the environment, but I could tell this was a well managed business. Everyone I encountered there was very friendly and helpful.

A little more attention to detail during cleanup, prior to release, would be helpful. There was a spot of sealant on my console and there is a hand print of sanding dust still on the interior window post. I pointed out the spot before taking delivery but didn't notice the hand print until today. Otherwise, everything looks good.

Everyone at service king was kind and I was kept up to date on my vehicle. I did notice a scratch on the hood after I picked up my vehicle, but they are going to research it and let me know if it was there before.

The scheduleing process was kind of a pain. I wish I could have just dealt with my local contact to get things going. I have been in and out of the hospital during the process and I just didn't feel like making more phone call to people I didn't know
