My only issue was the date of service wasn’t completed at date promised. I took off for the entire day on 11/7/18 expected the call for car I work long hours. They called me at 1pm the date after I was at work and although I tried I left work at 5pm and couldn’t make it to the location by the closing time of 6pm. The next morning I picked up car the rental location states I would have to pay for extra day due to me not having it the date that they were completed. I am sorry but if I would have got a call at 8am maybe I could have handled the business. I don’t know if they expect customers who don’t work or customers who only work a certain type of schedule but I am not that customer I work 12 hrs days!!!
Then my back window tint was presented to me torn off the car and I don’t like the fact that they thought it was like that already at least check pictures for something like that prior to the customer coming to get their vehicle to find tint messed up. Although they did fix it I don’t feel like I should have came to get car and it was like that I feel the full final inspection couldn’t have been done right to find this at arrival. They did have it fix promptly that was a PLUS!!! Other than that I think they did an okay job although I can’t tell that the back bumper was fixed.

Brought my truck in to have work done on two areas, my front fender and back right tailight. Fender went through insurance, and tailight would be out of pocket. After being sent an estimate on the taillight, I was informed that my truck would be ready on the 8th. I drove 20 minutes to go pick it up on the 8th, and was called 10 minutes before arrival, stating there's an issue with the notification text system, and it won't be ready until the 9th. After being delayed even further to the 10th, I go to pick my truck up, and see that no work has been done on my back taillight. The entire point of me bringing it in was to get BOTH areas done, as the damage to my front fender occurred back in JUNE. The only reason I brought it to service king, and that location, was because they could get me in quickly, and could complete both requests. After multiple conversations on the phone with Melanie about delays and scheduling, she never once mentioned to me that work had not been started on my taillight, even after sending an estimate to my email and me ok'ing it. Suffice to say, I'm absolutely NOT satisfied with my experience with Service king, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, citing abysmal communication with your customers.
