It took a very long time (11 days). I had to follow up when the initial date passed and was told that the part arrived but was damaged. Now that the service has been completed, I have noticed that my automatic mirrors do not work, as presumably somebody forgot to connect those wires as a final step and was not spotted on the final check, so that I will now have to schedule to take the car back into be re-fixed.

The completion date was two weeks after the promise date. I understand a couple of days but two weeks? Also, my car was given to me in very dirty conditions. It appeared they tried to clean it, but did a horrible job. The interior was left dirty I had to clean it well my self. For as long as they took, they could've at least cleaned it properly. My service advisor Dagon kept me informed & up to date but I can't say I was completely satisfied.
