Car came back looking great and EARLY. Very pleased with the experience. It would have been nice to have had it washed before picking it up, but overall very happy with the result.

3 rd time we have had vehicles repaired at this shop and we ar totally satisfied with the service.

I can think of nothing that needs to be improved. My service advisor, Ronald Evans, was fantastic. He kept me well informed about the progress. I have used other repair companies and this was definitely one of the best experiences I've had.

To start with I’ll comment on you texting your customer in lieu of calling and talking about any issues. When I called I was sent to an answer machine and the Call was not returned so Twice I had to come up there to actually talk to someone. Next was completion dates. I got a text saying it would be ready on the 28th. Then a text saying the 29th and after several calls without any luck talking to someone more than the receptionist ( which by the way gave me more information then the person assigned to me). Then another text saying it would be Monday or Tuesday. On Tuesday another text saying Thursday the 5th and on Thursday another text saying Friday the 6th and after 2 calls on Friday morning with no return calls. I left work early and came up there again only to be put off until Saturday morning. So to say the least. Your facility has a major management problem. And I would never recommend your location to anyone.

The repair itself was good and looks great but there is some kind of dull glaze on the rest of the car and on the rims that does not wash off and makes the rest of the car look streaky. I am out of town until July 9. I would like to bring it back in then.

My experience with Service King was very outstanding. Patrick and his team was professional and friendly, which says a lot when your going through this. And I looked forward to my updates daily on my car. My car is beautiful and it was even detailed way my car stays. I am very excited and happy the work they did. I will even recommend Service King to anyone else. I am very satisfied with my repair work on my car. Satisfied customer, Teresa
