Sensor saying “Pre-Safe Functions Limited” wasn’t reset although I was told it would fixed. And the bumper you installed squeaks; it’s driving me nuts. Several nuts were loose, tighten them but it’s still squeaking.

I feel like the care needed to return my vehicle to it's pre-accident condition was not given. My vehicle has new blemishes not associated with the accident and many of the finishing pieces were added as an afterthought once I pointed them out. As a customer, I don't feel it's my responsibility to ensure all the parts of my vehicle are attached when I receive it. That should be a given and is in this case your responsibility.

Henry originally had our repair scheduled to be completed in less than two weeks but was able to get it done 2 days sooner. Our vehicle came back looking pretty good, almost as if the accident didn’t happen.

So, this was my first hit and run situation-- Needless to say, it had the potential to be a whole unorganized nightmare for me. Especially because I'm not entirely knowledgeable about cars. However, thanks to Phillip Socolov, the whole hit and run situation was a mere, slight inconvenience. He was incredibly informative and helpful. He kept me aware of their progress on a daily basis, he managed my expectations, and he was very patient explaining what all of my options were. If every Service Advisor is as helpful as Phillip, I don't doubt that in the event of another issue, I'll definitely be returning to Service King (though, it'd be great to not have another hit and run /similar problem arise). Seriously, give the man a raise or something! Plus, I was expecting my car back in 2 weeks from the drop off day so imagine how ecstatic I was to get my car back in 4 days. That's awesome! Clearly, ranging from the Service Advisors to the technicians working on my car-- it's evident that these are people who take in pride in their work and it shows. I couldn't be happier!

Everyone was so nice! Henry was professional and very nice. Quick to respond to my questions and made sure I was in the loop on everything. He had my car finished in a day. He turned a bad situation (car getting broken into) into a pleasant one. I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you!
