The system was sending me messages telling me when my car repair would be finished. On the day the repair was finished, I had just gotten a message saying it would take 5 more days. I had filled the tank of my rental car, which I never would have done if I knew I was returning it so fast, which is $44 lost. I also had arranged to be at church helping all day Saturday, and I had to bail on them for 2 hours (it’s in Fort Worth) because I knew I would be charged for not returning the rental and picking up my car. I hate doing that to them, they have so few reliable volunteers and I never would have guaranteed my time if I had known. But the call came at 5:30 pm on Friday evening, too late to even call the scheduler back. Less than 24 hours notice (since I had to be at Service King by Noon the next day) seems like a lot to ask. If the system had sent me accurate text messages about when my car repair would be complete none of this would have been a problem. Look at the text messages sent to my number, you’ll see the issue.

I noticed the right side of my bumper is not Fastened correctly and the clear coat is showing In the creases of the left side bumper that’s was damaged. And I thought my entire car would have washed and it wasn’t. I’m really disappointed with the quality of your repairs to my vehicle.
