The staff at your Lewisville location were very courteous and professional. I was apprehensive to take it to your center, instead of taking it straight to the dealership. Your team was as nice or even better than taking it to the Cadillac dealership. Jeremiah and Ashley were extremely friendly and reassuring that my car would be perfect. Hoping I won't have to, but if my car ever receives damage, I will come back.

Good communication about status of repair. Faster than expected, and repaired well ... full warranty if not done correctly. Applied lower deductible. All of which saved me money.

Cindy Bliss was super nice and sweet. She helped me with my repair and explained everything to me clearly. When i had issues with insurer's company, she was nice and patience to wait for my paper work to be emailed. After my car's repair was done, she went through the repair and stressed what needed to be paid attention on after repair. She really cares! And she is smiling all the time, that makes people around her happy. Service King fixed my car, and Cindy Bliss comfort me after all this trouble.

If it wasn’t for Heath at the Lewisville Service King I would’ve been very unhappy. My car was moved to 3 different service king locations without my knowledge. I wasn’t updated at all until Heath took over. I live in downtown Dallas so Lewisville was a stretch. No one ever answered my calls or voicemails or emails. The only email I got was that it was being moved from park cities to reeader road to Lewisville. I was highly upset. However, Heath called me leaving me a very detailed message about my repairs. I was so happy to get his call. Heath went above and beyond for me. My car was repaired a week early and me being back on the road was all thanks to Heath. I would definitely recommend Heath and the Lewisville service king to anyone! I know things happen and repairs can take a while but the lack of communication prior to Heath taking over my repairs was unacceptable. I’m glad he was there when I needed answers.
