After a month in the shop, at another Service king on Midway, I was hesitant to bring my car to any Service King,just walking in the front door, I noticed a difference. The lady up front, had me laughing and was a great host. The gentleman that helped me, rode in my car, so he could hear the problem that I was constantly having. That was so different than the last Service King. The gentleman at the end of completion offered to do the same. I been in service for 27years and I know good service when I see it.I want to honestly thank everyone that assisted me. I'm so satisfied. You guys just don't know how happy I am. Great Great Job

The repairs were great, they said my car would be washed and vacuumed and it was still dirty in some areas, the Mat on the drivers side was dirty and when I brought it to the lady assisting me she said it is because it sit up all night, then when I showed her all the dirt she said it's hard to get bugs off, then when I showed her mat she said it came from her shoe, I knew better because it was like that when I bought it there... she then said bring it back and she would have it detailed one day... I dont like none trying to undermine me, I would rather her say oh no looks like we miss something and not try and justify...

I am unsatisfied because it took 3 weeks to replace a bumper and fix some fluid pans. There is no reason our vehicle should have been at Service King for longer than a week given the repairs it needed. It took 7 days for the car to even get looked at on a lift. Furthermore, every single time we called, we were never told the damages. We were only told the repair would cost several thousand dollars. Furthermore, we were told three different times that the vehicle would be ready, on a Monday, a Wednesday, and a Friday of week 2. And the vehicle was only ready the following Monday for pickup on week 3.
