The air conditioner was not charged with freon, the front license plate and license plate bracket was missing on the new front bumper (including the Texas Longhorn license plate bezel, three fasteners were missing on the left inner fender liner and two fasteners were missing on the upper grille to upper shield. Henry Castillo was my service advisor and was wonderful. During the intake he explained the procedure and said he would keep me informed of progress. He was true to his word, and did a great job communicating progress. On Friday afternoon the car was ready. When I called to question the closing time, he called me back and assured me he would be there until 7, so I cld go to a quick appointment after work. He was pleasant and friendly.
