Vincent was quite attentive to the needs of my car repair! My camplient lies with the "many" modes of communication from the Service King automotive system! I've been associated with technology for some 36 years and so found it highly irritating that I had to communicate with Vincent via 3 separate numbers/text strings! This is highly unacceptable/avoidable and I could have missed out on pertinent correspondences. This would be the only reason I would be reluctant to recommend Service King to others.

The shade of white with which Service King painted my bumper does not match the paint on my car...not real pleased about that. Car not ready when originally promised either. Gas tank was ****/4 down from where I left it at drop off. Scrape on left front bumper that I was told was already there when I dropped vehicle but I don't remember it being there...it should be verbally discussed when car is dropped off.

Third time I have used you guys. Great work again this time. HOWEVER the phone line to verify my credit card was down so my information was called in to another office. It was done in the reception area where anyone w/in hearing dustance could hear my card #, address, exp date, etc. I was shocked.

I was never contacted about the status of my car and when I was it was through somebody else's email. I was told two different times when my car would be ready and it was not. The repair that was done on my car was very nice .however, the customer service was lacking.

Car looks great, but in my opinion, it took way too long, and apparently got sent back after quality checks 2-3 times. I appreciate the care and quality, but it just seems it should've been taken care of originally, or one send back max.
And probably not a good strategy to say you think it'll be done one day and then the next and then not for another 3 days.
