The staff was great and the work was excellent. There was some trouble getting a part in so it took 7 days longer to be repaired than originally estimated which ended up costing me $114 in rental car insurance that I hadn’t been prepared to pay.

Communication was excellent. The time of repair was a little long than expected and not taking cars on Saturday doesn’t really work in the favor of people that live in one location but work in another an only have that day without missing work to get the car there plus have to have an appointment. I’ve used this company for years on all my vehicle repair service but a lot has changed which doesn’t make it as customer friendly anymore.
