My service advisor was wonderful, but the entire process was difficult because insurance was not involved. I got different pieces of information from different people and no one was giving me the exact same protocol. The young lady that scheduled my appointment never clarified many details and also told me that you still repaired vehicles on the weekends even though closed, which led me to renting a car on a Thursday and it took nine days to get a minor repair done. when I picked my car up on Saturday morning I expected it to be spotless on the outside and shining, but the car was not thoroughly washed including the windshield and it appeared that no effort had really been put into it. I even had to ask the gentleman that brought my car to the front to clean up some stuff on the bumper. In general I expected a different experience than what I got. The people that work there are very nice but there is not protocol in place so that everyone says the same exact thing to a customer. Lots of confusion for me. Thank you!

Very satisfied with the repair, but just a little frustrated at the length of time (~3 weeks) Service King had the vehicle. We were initially told the repair would be 3-5 days. At end of day Service King made it right by absorbing the car rental fees which we very much appreciated. Overall, I would not characterize our experience as unsatisfactory, but just thought you should be aware of the extended time period of repair. Thanks again for your communication throughout the process.
