Great service and very fast!

I feel the repair was made to benefit usaa. It was not our fault that the other driver hit us . Service king claims the bumper cover was repairable . I believe it should have been replaced or completely repainted . The right side was pushed out and when we received the car back, the right side was not flush and looks to have been in an accident . There were 2 small scratches on the right side before the accident. When we got the car back , the rep explained that they had to sand the bumper down and only painted the back portion . This made the scrapes bigger in size making it look worse . We feel we have been used and we cannot do anything about it as I have no pictures of right before the accident because it was an accident and would be illogical if I had the pics 30 mins before an accident . I am happy with the customer service but unhappy with the repairs .

My alarm don't work now. Have to take time and gas to bring it back. And you had no one there to take care of it the same day. Still having to take it to Kia to do more checking
