Estimate was made for a bumper replacement. After taking truck in i get a call stating there was some additional work needed and it would be an additional cost. I was being billed **** hour extra to remove a trailer hitch that estimator saw when making the initial estimate and another hour to loosen the truck bed for some reason. Added $100 to the total cost. I understand if there was a damage that may not have been visible but I think this should have been simple enough to catch on original estimate. Additionally if like to add that Ramon reduced the price but only after several conversations about this being unjust. At that point why even bill the customer for this additional cost.

Best most courteous service! They kept me up to date each day on where they were with the repair and when it would be done. They must have waxed and detailed my car too it looks like a whole new car! Would always go back there although I hope I don’t have to.,,

When I picked up the car yesterday I found they did not repair a cracking windshield. I called Sam and took car back for him to photo the crack. He said he would report the remaining damage. I also reported it to Carrie at State Farmin San Antonio. Dr. Wade

Best experience I ever had with a repair shop. Always open, straight-forward and accommodating to questions. No run around on uncertainty of job completion. Always comfortable with their feedback and speed of completion which was amazing in helping get the truck back in plenty of time for a vacation, and finished 2 days ahead of schedule. Highly recommend them to everyone. I worked with Claudia, Scott and Elizabeth. I actually enjoyed the ease of this process from my end.

Work is not completed. Silver Crome trim on left side of car was not mounted correctly. I was assured that the problem would be corrected. I am still waiting for a call back from Claudia **** my service advisor. It has been at least two days since I have heard from her. This is the service center located at 8727 Broadway. San Antonio, Tx. 78217. She stated that she would get back with me. I have my car here at home. So far I have not heard from her and have not had an update. I really would like to have this job completed as soon as possible. Thank you for your inquiry. I trust that this issue will be solved quickly.

Estimate was created with wrong parts that don’t go to my vehicle. This drove up price for repairs and helped insurance company decide to total loss it when if done correctly most likely would not have allowed that. Parts were way over what they should be in cost.
