What motivated me to select Service King for the repairs to my beloved Honda was overwhelmingly because of honesty and professionalism of my rep - Cara!!!! This incredible woman gave me a thorough estimate and emphasized her role in keeping in constant contact with her technicians during the entire work. I was blown away by Cara's daily updates as to the progress made and how efficiently everyone worked resulting in a remarkably short time the whole process took. My Honda looks beautiful - much to my relief and gratitude! I picked up my car on Saturday morning and was helped by Juan who is so kind and knowledgeable! What a huge surprise then, when in came Cara - all the way from Universal City - on her day off which is simply unbelievable - just because she felt I might have additional questions! Honestly, Cara is amazing- please value her - she can make even the most skeptical into a Believer that places and people of quality and integrity still exist! Shoutouts also to your Tech team - who went so far as to alert Cara to some areas of concern that I need to have addressed y my Alamo Heights mechanics! Yet another example of your people being thorough and decent and professional...BRAVOS!!!!!!
