I would prefer if the parts put on the 1st time were correct and in good shape so I didn't have to bring it in again. I cant believe this passed the standards as being complete.

My car was not ready the day I was told it would be. I had to call daily after that for status updates. My advisor should have reachwd out to me. In the end she did push to get it done before I left town.

I was text that my car was on schedule for completion on the 13 of Nov. on the Nov. 7 I received a call saying that my car was ready to pick up and I told them I could not pick it up on the 7th but I would do my best to grab it on the 8th but it was possible I would not be able to grab it until the 9th. I was then told I would have to call the rental company or pay for an extra day. I told her that the last info I had received said my car car would not be ready until the 13 and that 6 days early was great but I was informed so that I could make arrangements to drop it off. I had also filled the tank up on the 6th with gas which I would not have done if I was dropping it off in 2/3 days. I have a hard time believing that the car was ready 6 days early and they did not know a day or 2 earlier so they could communicate that to me. That could and should have been handled better!

Your USAA Representative “Margie” was very efficient and made me feel very comfortable/in the midst of the stress of the automobile. accident! She arranged for the car rental agency to pick me up and turned In the rental car for me after I left in my repaired truck/all went very smoothly! Thanks much Pat Stoller Also kept me informed with a text intermittently —-

Margie was the best to work with. Very professional and true to her word. Even went as far as showing me photos of the rejected bumper the insurance sent over and found a new one from a dealership. I work in the hospitality and customer service industry and she represents everything we strive to do for our own clients. She is also working with the insurance directly to take care of the extra days I spent with the rental while the new bumper came in.
