Service King Broadway

The bed of my truck is covered with white stuff. It looks like it was not addressed at all. As it was raining when I was asked to pick it up, I was unable to tell. I was expecting to pick up my truck ****/26/18, but it was several weeks later that it was ready. I was expecting to have the rear hitch replaced, as it was written by the adjuster. The hitch was only spay painted. I also asked the rep to check the gooseneck hitch in the bed because the **** would not come out after the collision. It still does not come out. I was also told that the rear tailpipe would be replaced because it was damaged during impact. It was not replaced. When I asked the rep what happened, I was told to call somebody else because he was conveniently out of town. Finally, I noticed a screw in my right front tire, which I pointed out to the rep. He said it couldn't have come from there, as it was rusty. It was not there before. If I was asked if I would recommend Service King to anyone else, currently I would say NO.
