Never thought a bad occurrence (auto accident) could result with such a positive experience (Service King). Your representative, Efrain Perales, kept me appraised as to where in the process my car was never over promising and under delivering but was spot on as to when my car would be completed. On a scale of **** to 10, I would rate him an 11! Very pleased with the experience!

My car was in for 18 days. I was called on day 2 to notify me of the assessment. I was called again on day 8 to advise the insurance company’s approval and not again until it was ready. Received a text that it would be ready Monday, we t to pick up, advises it would not be ready until Wednesday. Was notified 45 minutes prior to closing on Wednesday car was ready. I cannot get across town in traffic in that time so went Thursday morning. Did walk around with advisor. There was one place I did not remember being there when I dropped the car off and was told it was there before, it was in the pictures. Then I noticed another place and advisor said he would check pics. I asked to go with and see the pics myself. Neither spot was in the before pics. No quality check could have been done on this car prior to pick up. Took another day to fix those places. Third time we went to pick up car, everything looked fine. Was not happy about the lack of communication, lack of quality check, or being lied to about the spot being there before.

I have never been in a accident so I've had to use a car repair. I give Service King a 10 for service Manuel and the staff did for me. I will recommend all family and friends to go to the Plano location. *****
