Service King Irving

I have been told that my front bumper will be completely replaced with new one, but it has simply been replaced with old repaired one. With that said, I simply can’t trust what has been done with other parts of the damages of the car. I had my blind rare mirror attached to the right mirror and that blind mirror left inside the car without leaving any notes. In my previous experience with other collision centers, they cleaned the car of exterior completely after the repair, instead Service King put dirts inside the car. In the morning on 8/2, I have been told that my car will be ready to pickup on 8/12. In the afternoon on 8/2, I have been told that my car is ready to pickup. By taking consideration of 8/12, I spent $ 25 for fuel for rental where I could simply spend only $5 to return the rental car. Please explain the above situation. Thanks

I could not have received better service than I did from Brian, the Manager, and Ariana who updated me daily on the progress of my car’s repair. My car looks great and I am so thankful for the service that I received absolutely amazing !

Y'all made the process so easy! The accident happened the week before we moved and I was serious stressed over what I was going to do/how to handle it, but I can't imagine a way to make the whole process more convenient, you guys nailed it!

When I retrieved my car I was overjoyed at the results. I was initially worried that my car would never look the same but service king assured me it would. When I saw my car I could not tell where it was dented!!! Service king did an awesome job!

My experience was great I was informed everyday

The associate who helped me was very professional, friendly and reassuring about my service, and kept lines of communication open during the entire time my car was in the shop, through your text feature. She sent me daily updates and the service was completed quickly. They also washed and cleaned the interior of my car! I was very impressed.
