David was a huge help. Always kept me updated and informed on what was going on with my car.

As much as I don’t want to say this if have to visit a service center soon I’ll come back again. Repaired with perfection, car looks all new again.

Because of Service King’s wonderful customer service, I was more than satisfied with my experience. At first, Hertz supplied a very small worn out smelly car as a rental. I was not pleased but had no choice per State Farm Insurance who provided the car to me. Service King manage saw my disappointment helped upgrade my rental through Enterprise. I was extremely pleased. Then Tesla dragged their feet to supply all the parts for my car. But one the parts came in sercice King’s Service Advisor Lucio Pedraza and a fellow mechanic worked late into the night in order to get my car to me ASAP! I appreciate Service King’s Amazing customer Service and will always recommend your company for any work needed on a car. Thank you!!!!!!

The estimated time for the repairs was about **** week to ten days. Next thing I know, bam, my car was ready in the same week. Everyone was super friendly. If I need anymore work done to my vehicle, I know where I am going back to. Great job all.

The main reason I came to the service center was because it needed weeks & tires replaced which were stolen. The pressure in my tires was low in all except one tire. The lowest was 6 lbs off while others were 3 lbs. My tire monitor service light is coming on & it’s not reading any tire pressures. Don’t know if not connected correctly or not The repairs to the rear suspension or rotors I don’t know enough to comment The information on the repairs was timely & all was completed as promised. I’m 3 hours away from the service center who did the repairs I’m not sure about how it drives yet since I didn’t check the tire pressure until I returned home I will drive over the weekend & see if it’s smooth or not Plan on taking it to the dealer to see what’s wrong with tire sensors even if it costs since driving up to Dallas & back is almost 6 hours not counting the repair time Caleb was very nice & professional
