Aria was great . She kept me updated on the status of my repairs which was much appreciated and the team at service king were also very helpful and always available. That service was exemplary. The staff at the rental agency were also very helpful and all in all the customer service experience during this time was excellent. My only disappointment is that a service member did not show up to walk me around my car to confirm everything was fixed properly when I picked it up and thd interior of the car was dirty with marks on my seats and the molding around the arm rest had not been completely put into place and glue was on the outside of it. I was able to snap it into place but it has glue on it. These boys are obviously easy things for me to fix but the car was only 2 weeks old when it was brought in after the accident and the interior was pristine. So it was disappointing to see the marks on the seats and the interior looking dirty.
