My entire experience was great given the circumstances. Vehicle updates were prompt and punctual, which I really appreciated give I was going to travel out of the country within the same dates of completion. Overall, completely satisfied.

Michael was the person taking care of my car with Service King and from the very first day I took my car in he has gone above my expectations of the service that I would receive from a Car Body Shop Repair person. Michael kept me informed and updated on everything about my car. He even made phone calls to my insurance company and the other insurance company to help me try and get my repair done as quickly as possible. I thank Michael for all that he did.

Good experience dealing with Service King they took care of me

Chris at the oakcliff location was very informative and very professional with dealing with the repairs on my car. My Lexus color is different and the repairs were great can’t even tell it was anything on the door. I recieved my car back within the same week it was taken to service king. Everyone at this location was friendly and nice.

Thank you for your prompt response. I want to mention that the service desk person Melissa went above and beyond in assisting me. She and the last service person made this less hectic for me. Very professional staff you have. Do all you can to keep them. They are essential to the company in my opinion.

The scheduled completion date got pushed back too many times without notice or reasoning. Upon reaching out to your establishment I was just insulted as to “I probably don’t know how much work it takes to fix a car.” I don’t necessarily need to know about cars to know about honesty and I would have preferred to be told my car would be done a week late because of extensive repairs than be told it would be done “tomorrow” several days in a row. Once completed my car had several aspect I was not happy about. The main one being the tail light was cracked and never replaced from the accident meaning once it rained I’d have a foggy tail light that would then be up to me to change! Based on the tail light I left my car once more for a couple of days. On the day I picked up the car I was told it was perfect only to realize that a different colored tail light was used.

My car went in with all the lights off but when I got it back my check engine light was on and they sand they said they will get in contact with me this morning and i am still waiting.

Bill was great! He kept me informed throughout the whole process. I am beyond satisfied. My car looks brand new!

William, my service rep, is very professional and knowledgeable. It was great to get the car back a day early. The technician did an outstanding job on repairing the damage to my car. I did think the cost was a little pricey, given the minor damage.
