Sara did a great job. The local “store” was fine. I did not like scheduling thru an 800 number-it was disconnected from local store and did not evoke confidence in the proposed work being completed in the time I was told at the local store. I received several seemingly computer generated text messages, not from my service person, that were wrong and upsetting regarding completion of the work.

The paint has dots/bubbles. Took a week to do a minor repair and it's still wasn't done right. I had to pay almost $300 for rental car and now I'll have to take my car back on top of that having to pay a $500 deductible and they scratched the side of my car. Who's going to reimburse me for the inconvenience? I should've followed my first instinct and do a photo claim and have Mercedes do the repairs instead.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience after being rear ended. My car is beautiful for a reasonable price AND they got it done a week ahead of schedule! Oh, and they were so kind. It goes a long way. Very appreciative and will definitely use again if need be!
