Your website and hours posted on the door said you open at 8am. I got a message my car was ready, so I came in at 8 with a busy day planned. The door was locked, lights in the office were off, no one answered the phone, and we could find no one when we looked around back. We waited 12 minutes and still nothing. I had to rearrange my whole day. When I did pick up the car, the fellow said he was in fact there, but was in the back opening gates or something. To me, if your door is locked and lights are off and no one answers the phone, you are not open. Even if you're actually there somewhere. Either a note should be posted or some indication there is someone there, or say you open at 8:15 if it takes you 30 minutes to actually open. The actual work and everything else was fine, but I was very unhappy about pickup.

Mr. Chet was very helpful throughout the process. I signed up for text updates and was always kept up to date on repairs. The repairs for the vehicle were not scheduled to be completed until January 29th, but I was ecstatic to find out that the car was ready a week earlier. Great service!
