Customer service was excellent, job well done

The door handle had damage that was not repaired, the side mirror had damage that was not repaired and there are small bubbles from the paint that was applied to the both driver side door and the left passenger door. No one went outside to go over the repairs done when I went to pick up the vehicle. I've gone to another repair shop for a different vehicle and someone there walked me through everything that was done to my vehicle. I'm only able to take my vehicle back in when there is no school in session because my son needs to use the vehicle Monday through Friday. I won't be able to take the vehicle back to you until early June 2018.

The manager, Bob is amazing! Customer service, great! Suggested everything he could to get my car fixed ! I’m so glad I decided to come hear to get my bumper replaced! 100% satisfied! The color match for bumper to car is identical! No complaints there! They took care of my Car fast! Dropped off the car yesterday around 3 and it was ready for pickup today at 5! I will be recommending this place to others!

Service Advisor Ruben Flores was very professional and curtious . I was kept informed of the status on my car daily and my vehicle was finished when he said it would be . Hector was great to work with. There is just one thing that I believe was handled unprofessional. I received a call to let me know there was some push back on a minor dent/ scratch above the bumper that was being questioned. I contacted Farmers insurance to see what the problem was and why it was being questioned if it was so close to the damage on the bumper. Farmers insurance explained to me they had no problem with approving the request to move forward but it was not them questioning it. It was service king CMS team, I have given service king plenty of business with my cars and this was the first time I experienced this from your company. It upset me that I had to take time from my work to make a few calls and get the issue resolved quickly. What happen with one team working together and especially doing the best they can for their customers?

Service King did an awesome job on my Truck. I thought my truck was totaled but no Service King looked at it and said we can fix it . Thanks Service King ????????????????

Great service

The customer service skills were very courteous and the daily updates were very important to me as a customer. Final car repairs were very impressive. My car looked showcase ready when I picked it up. Great service overall.

There was once a day email which was good. But would have been nice to get a phone call every so often to talk to a person.
