When I picked my vehicle up I noticed my clock was off so I knew my battery had been disconnected at some point, after adjusting my clock I planned on setting my radio stations back. That's when I realized my radio was completely inoperable, I then decided to test my USB port to see if it'd charge my phone and it didn't work either. When heading home tonight from work I turned my lights on and the radio doesn't light up, also my passenger side foglight no longer lit. I would have written the foglight off as an everyday malfunction if it weren't for the carelessness of the reassembly of the light. The zipties that were in place before had been cut without replacing them, and some lighting wiring left freely hanging in the bumper instead of secured. I moved to my trunk to remove a grille I had hoped to have installed and that's when I saw how even my emergency kit was thrown in opside down and spilled out, making me wonder how different it was to put a small velcro bag back where it was found.

Y'all left me with a huge crack in the windshield when I left the lot at 10.30am. I have noticed the car not picking up speed as usual but no lights came on and I thought it may have been due to sitting in the lot due to repairs otherwise it was driving/ working. However, when attempting to go to the store around 3pm my car wouldn't turn on ... lights started flashing and error messages kept popping up and then it was completely dead. Key stuck in ignition. Not even able to lock my car. Insurance has been informed about this.

It was a bit of a wait to get the car repaired due to the number of hail repairs still ongoing, but it was worth the wait! Great communication while they had the car , quick turn around and car was ready to go so check out was very speedy.
