On Sept 14, 2017 it would have been 4 months I had been without my car. When i was told it was complete, there was something, missing, scratched, broken etc. I have emails sent to the insurance company explaining the issues.It has been a very stressful, frustrating, agitating experience. Today i received my vehicle , i looked at the things from the last time they said my car was ready that needed to be addressed . Those things seemed okay.We got home noticed the wheel lock was missing. Contacted Mr. David , we headed back through traffic, hardly any gas in San Antonio but we needed it in case I get a flat. Mr. David said they would order it. We noticed the inner left door was not painted while mr.david was looking for wheel lock. Mr. David said they would fix that when they call me Tuesday. We got home and the neighbors were looking at my car, when **** spotted the right front bumper sticking out. I emailed Mr. David to inform him. Mr. David and the gentleman that was in charge when Mr. David was on vacation assisted me by saying they would take care of any issues not fixed correctly, pay for any of the rental, the car insurance didn't. Said to bring it back if i had any issues cuz it had warranty. I appreciate that. But it hasn't been a pleasant experience at all. I have pictures, emails, even Mr. Pablo Silva from Safeco was contacted to help square this away. I don't want to have to take it back, I wanted everything complete. It's almost there, just a few things left to do. It's been quite an ordeal for King Collision and myself. I look forward to the completion of my vehicle concerns. Tina M
